ITRES is pleased to present the very first raw imagery acquired by our new microCASI. This wide-swath, 288-band (programmable) hyperspectral VNIR micro system is under 2.5kg in weight and has been designed for use in both unmanned airborne vehicles (UAVs) as well as desktop and industrial imaging use.

These first light image samples are from the raw data; no radiometric nor geometric processing has been applied. Raw data from our micro-systems is seamlessly processed with the long-proven and robust ITRES RCX and GCSS workflows used with our Scientific-Grade imagers.
The microCASI is the first of three new Commercial-Grade systems offered by ITRES, the others being the hyperspectral microSASI-384 (SWIR wavelengths) and broadband microTABI-640 (thermal MWIR). These small and portable systems complement their full-size, Scientific Grade, high performance siblings.
